In 1996, the profession of tax adviser began to be practised on the market. How important and necessary it is can be demonstrated by hundreds of thousands of clients who cannot imagine being in business without the professional assistance provided to them throughout the country by more than nine thousand practicing tax advisers. The quality of our work is appreciated by tax authorities and administrative courts. A condition for practising the profession of tax adviser is to have high qualifications – higher education, professional knowledge as well as a wide range of experience in the area of broadly understood financial law and other fields of law. Tax consultancy as a profession of public trust has become an essential element in the market of specialized legal services.

The profession of tax consultancy consists in providing advice, opinions and clarifications relating to tax obligations, keeping tax and accounting records, preparing returns and declarations. It also entails representation of clients in proceedings before tax authorities of all instances and before administrative courts (in tax matters). Furthermore, the profession of tax consultancy includes settlement of public law payments (e.g. social security contributions) and personnel-payroll services. The clients of tax advisers can count on their support in the area of consultancy related to public aid to entrepreneurs and EU funds.
